The OG bao - there ain't no bao like a char siu bao.

Juicy char siu (Chinese barbeque roast pork) in a soft, light, fluffy bao bun. A recipe that has been developed and refined or over 25 years and takes over 48 hours to create.

There are 4 baos per portion.

Baos come with full cooking instructions!

*For one week only our bao buns will be stamped with the word "foc", which means fortune and prosperity in Cantonese.* New year, new energy! 💫

Reheating instructions:

From fresh
Steam for 8-10 minutes or until piping hot throughout from fresh.

From frozen
You can freeze your buns and steam them from frozen for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot throughout.

These baos are a firm family favourite. The dumplings with the chilli dip really tie the meal together.

Can't stop thinking about them

These were the nicest bao buns ever. Weeks later my boyfriend just brings them up randomly in conversation. Reminiscing about how amazing they were.
They are also made by the nicest lady, will buy from her again and again.
