Juicy char siu (Chinese barbeque roast pork) in a soft, light, fluffy bao bun. A recipe that has been developed and refined or over 25 years and takes over 48 hours to create.
There are 4 baos per portion.

Reheating instructions:
From fresh
Steam for 8-10 minutes or until piping hot throughout from fresh.
From frozen
You can freeze your buns and steam them from frozen for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
